great sea view but the hotel is in disrepair

The sea view from my room was breathtaking, providing a fantastic backdrop every morning. The staff were friendly, and their willingness to help made the stay feel a bit more pleasant.

The hotel feels run down and in need of severe improvement.

I stayed for two nights in a lovely Standard Twin Room. The staff genuinely went above and beyond, ensuring a comfortable stay. Don’t miss the on-site dining options. the breakfast was delightful with fresh pastries and a great sea view! Just be prepared for some potential noise from the street.

This place suits me perfectly, with 24-hour reception, a bar lounge area, and luggage storage. I remember my first stay, the staff helped me with a late departure. Highly recommend for a relaxed experience. Coming back for a new year!

The Royal Albion Seafront Hotel features a lovely lobby with beautiful, large windows overlooking the promenade, allowing natural light to brighten the space. Its accessible layout made it easy for me to move around comfortably.

Not for the Faint of Heart

The staff really went above and beyond when I needed a fan in my room, they delivered it in record time. The lounge was a great spot, cozy and clean, perfect for escaping the hustle outside.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, considering the state of the place, but it was still manageable.

The location of The Albion offers easy access to the seafront and local attractions, making it a great spot for exploring Brighton. The room I stayed in had a good amount of space, particularly for this type of hotel. Although the bathroom was nicely renovated, the rest of the room felt dated, with old furniture and a carpet that clearly needed replacing. The TV was tiny, and the remote was dirty and not functioning well. I appreciated having hot water in the shower, but the sink was old and had a noticeable stain. Staff seemed uninterested when I addressed the issues with my room, which detracted from my experience. The breakfast options were limited, and I found the food quality to be just average. the hotel has potential with its location and room layout, but it really needs a facelift and more attention to customer service to enhance guest experience.

The location was great, super close to everything! 🏖️ Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the mattress was uncomfortably hard.
